The role is currently remote working due to Covid, however we envisage this will change to 2-3 days in the office. Forming part of an impressive global marketing team the successful Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing the overall divisional marketing plan. You will work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure all relevant marketing channels are consistent and in line with the brand tone and voice, and that appropriate channels are being used globally to maximise customer acquisition and engagement. Key Responsibilities Include: Lead on the development of the marketing plan for the division including key activities to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers Work cross functionally to develop marketing messaging that resonate with target buyer personas Develop multichannel marketing activities to promote awareness including; PR, Social Media, Design, Email Campaigns, sales marketing collateral and other relevant channels Assess the effectiveness of all marketing activities, reporting back to the business on ROI and suggested improvements Market intelligence-be an expert on the product range, market, competitive landscape etc What specific technical knowledge and competencies does the Job Holder require? Demonstrable experience of working in a full mix B2B marketing role, preferably stand alone Possess strong campaign management skills both online and offline Proficient in using CMS for website content and social media campaign management Strong analytical skills It is preferable that you have experience in a technically bias sector i.e. chemicals/manufacturing/Information Technology Educated to degree level ideally within a marketing, digital marketing subject area Elevation Sales & Marketing is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment focused on sales & marketing positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
