You’ll be a key member of the recruitment team with a focus on delivering exceptional talent to our computer gaming / esports customers, while keeping candidate and hiring manager / client experience front and centre of what you do. Working closely with the hiring teams, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising roles, sourcing, interviewing and providing process solutions.

Responsibilities

-Find, engage and activate, high quality, talented individuals via a combination of, headhunting, networking and alternative search techniques
-Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure line managers are able to fairly identify and select the strongest candidates
-Build and develop relationships with the internal hiring teams and stakeholders
-Scheduling candidate calls and face to face interviews and ensuring all candidates receive an exceptional experience

Requirements

-Track record of hiring exceptional talent, ideally with experience in the computer gaming industry
-Excellent sourcing techniques and experience engaging and activating passive candidates
-Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques
-An advocate for continuously improving candidates’ experience and inclusive hiring practices
-Confident communicator, understands how best to adapt their approach to the relevant audience.
-Team player – Maintains a positive problem solving attitude. Builds strong relationships within and beyond the team and is comfortable with a fast paced working environment
