They are looking for a Systems Training Manager to be based at our Upminster office.
You will deliver best practise to all programmes and deliver 1st class training to their user base on their OneWorld supply chain management system. Our solution provides a global operating platform for the group, their partners and customers.
Specific responsibilities
- Creating, maintaining and promoting all OneWorld training material and services;
- Planning, agreeing and implementing of all training programmes with the Head of Customer Services;
- Set SMART standards for the success of training, and put in place mechanisms to monitor and measure the achievement of these standards;
- Work with line managers throughout the company to integrate training into the staff performance review process;
- Report on benefit recovery: Solicit feedback from line managers on specific and measurable performance improvements achieved as a result of training;
- Creating efficiencies through elimination of waste in processes;
- Ensuring all members of staff have a clear education and development plan;
- Managing and maintaining eLearning environments to ensure all users have up to date material and access to all online application processes;
- Devising and delivering training programmes that utilise a range of training methods – TVs, eLearning, written materials, floor walking and 121s.
- Recording and documenting all training sessions which are used to create training profiles to support user’s development;

- Experience in training

- Ability to prioritise teams and own workload in alignment with the business’ needs
- Strong knowledge of the Supply Chain, logistics and transport
