Job Description: Product Marketing Manager

Our marketing team is on the hunt for highly motivated, passionate, detail-oriented and data-driven Product Marketing Manager with B2B, SaaS and telecommunication experience to work in our London office.

You’ll be part of a young and vibrant team spread across San Francisco, Austin, Los Angeles, London, Dublin, Brussels, Iasi, Seoul and Hong Kong.

Messaging and Positioning

  • Identifying target customers, their needs, and how our products meet those needs
  • Conducting market and competitive analysis and customer segmentation.
  • Developing messaging and positioning for our products

Go to Market initiatives

  • Executing GTM from concept to launch. Collaborating on the go-to-market plan and strategy.
  • Planning and leading successful product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns to educate customers & prospects on the benefits of the company
  • Working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, etc. to support ongoing product adoption and go-to-market launches

Customer Marketing

  • Developing and implementing campaigns that drive product adoption among customers
  • Collaborating with the product team to create content that helps customers enable our products
  • Driving post-launch marketing programs to scale product growth
  • Conducting customer interviews to capture content the help with messaging and for cases studies

Sales Enablement

  • Providing training and building content, assets, and tools including sales presentations, product one-pagers, webinars, and competitive briefs
  • Training the sales team on product positioning, competitors, market trends and product features

Cross-functional activities

  • Supporting various marketing programs such as webinars, speaking engagements and partners

Requirements:

To bring the win you’ll have…

  • Passion for marketing with 2+ years experience in a product marketing role
  • Experience developing and executing GTM plans for B2B companies in different vertical markets
  • Experience releasing products and services to new and existing markets including sales enablement
  • Outstanding written communications skills with ability to translate complex ideas into simple and intuitive benefits messages
  • An ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with different teams, you are proactive and comfortable working under limited supervision and guidance.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management, organisation and project prioritisation skills
  • Deep understanding of technical audiences within the market, being able to communicate with IT teams, PMs, CIOs and similar positions. Understanding of the telecommunication industry is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
