Description:

The company isa highly established independent consultancy with a national presence, seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Principal Planner to join the successful team based at our Leeds office.

Requirements:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a number of complex projects and duties will include project management, residential, retail and commercial development, written representations, informal hearing and public inquiry submissions, submission of representations to development plans, site appraisals, negotiating section 106 legal agreements, submission of planning and advertisement consent applications.
• The role requires the highest standards of client care and a candidate who has the ability to contribute and build upon the Group’s reputation and to win new business.
• You will have a minimum of 5 years experience and be a Chartered Member of the RTPI. Previous private consultancy experience is desirable but not essential.
