Their marketing team is on the hunt for a highly motivated, organised, creative yet data- driven,Content Associate to work in their London office with their Content Marketing Manager.

You’ll be part of a young and vibrant team spread across San Francisco, Austin, Los Angeles, Dublin, Brussels, Iasi, Seoul and Hong Kong.

• Contributing to the marketing team’s dual goals of raising the company’s brand power and generating leads for our kick-ass sales hunters and farmers, all through the power of content
• Writing B2B TOFU (top of the funnel – first time website visitors) and MOFU (middle of the funnel – automation emails eg. mailchimp) content so good that prospects will consume it in great earnest as they traverse the marketing funnel
• Crafting an array of blogs, emails, customer stories, presentations, infographics, videos, guides and ebooks in line with the company’s tone of voice and marketing goals
• Generating ad copy that just demands to be clicked on

Building and populating content campaigns around our target personas and use cases

• Joining forces with other members of our merry marketing squad to work on content for events, demand generation campaigns and product launches
• Working alongside the content team on a strategy to reach our KPIs
• Testing, measuring and reporting on the performance of content, then optimizing like a pro for even better results next time
• Bringing new ideas to the table in the name of content that hits Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger

To bring the win you’ll have…

• 1-3 years as a professional writer under your belt
• A command of written English so good it would make Shakespeare weep with joy if he were still alive, or ever even existed at all…
• An uncanny knack for writing enticing B2B copy and shifting tone of voice for different channels of communication at the drop of a hat
• Creativity on tap and out the wazoo
• A eery attention to detail
• An independent spirit AND a propensity to work on projects as part of a team
• Productivity levels that would make a Stakhanovite proud
• The capacity to switch through the production gears, from short-form content like witty social media posts to long-form thought-leadership pieces, with ease
• Previous with measuring and optimizing the performance of your content using tools such as Google Analytics and A/B testing
• A frankly embarrassing love of puns and other linguistic flourishes
• An understanding of marketing best practices for blog and email content production
• Expertise in conducting interviews for features or case studies
• Had encounters with video content production, primarily in the form of writing scripts
