Chief Marketing Officer
The company is an early-stage start-up, based in London and Sydney with a solid product-market fit, impressive growth rates and a user base spread across the US, Europe and Australia. Founded in 2018, the company is used by hundreds of thousands of cryptocurrency investors, accountants and is also the preferred tax partner for a number of leading cryptocurrency exchanges. We are building tools to enable the widespread adoption of cryptocurrency by automating the regulatory hurdles of tax compliance and asset tracking.
The role of Chief Marketing Officer is one of immense opportunity that will allow the role holder to build the most creative and special of marketing functions around, within the exciting world of decentralised finance. We are looking for someone who is passionate about a future with mass crypto adoption as well as excited about the mission of scaling the company to accommodate the vision of being the de facto choice for users when thinking about crypto taxes.

Set the foundation of the marketing department and define the vision of the company’s marketing processes, strategy, and operational functions
Create a top to bottom data-driven culture within the Marketing org
Define, and ensure the execution of the end-to-end global marketing strategy, with localisation at it’s core and customer-centric storytelling
Plan and expand the marketing department, establishing all marketing ways of working, structures and delivery schedules
Own full-funnel responsibility for the marketing initiatives, brand and growth across all channels and platforms
Attend conferences and be an ambassador with the purpose of promoting the company.
You’ll succeed as our Chief Marketing Officer if you have…
Demonstrable commercial experience within a FinTech or B2C SaaS firm at senior leadership level
Affinity for blockchain & crypto as well as knowledge of the decentralised finance industry
Experience in building, recruiting, and scaling marketing departments
Experience leading sizable marketing teams, with an ability to communicate business priorities, set goals, promote accountability and ownership
Proven management skills and the ability to inspire a culture of innovation and lead new initiatives
Extensive experience within brand, partnerships and community management
You have the know-how and experience in managing online and offline marketing channels
Desire to work in a fast-paced work environment with a huge growth potential
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
