Application Landscape Analyst

Location: Upminster, UK

Salary: GBP 25,000.00 – GBP 30,000.00 Per Annum

Description:

· To support the business needs for the application and the varieties of the application’s offerings

· Provide reports on application capabilities and user roles
· To work with the business to ensure UAT is carried out accordingly and gain business approval sign off

· Research and integrate all application functionality
· Build a library and document all application use and third party training material
· Produce a check list of yearly updates and upgrades along with timelines for testing and implementation

· Map business processes and support the business to relate them to system processes
· Work with a variety of business and technical teams to enhance services;

· Management of the Applications directory;

· Management of the Data dictionary;

· Creation and management of all application reports;

· Meet with key users to understand their use cases;

· Analyse the application interoperability;

· Capture application measures and volumes;

· Document version of application the company is using, what the latest versions offer and alternative applications;

· Ensure all documentation is version controlled.

Requirements:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to demonstrate time management dependent on priorities

· The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

· Process and visual modelling
· Ability to adapt findings to suit different user groups
