Please note, the HR Comms Senior Account Manager / Account Director will be required to attend the office one to two days per week, which is based in East Sussex. You’ll be a confident employee communications specialist ideally coming from within an agency environment, looking for an opportunity to work with a great agency and get your hard work noticed. Always with an ear to the ground for new business and an enthusiasm for following up new leads you’ll be working with clients managing internal employee communication projects. The role will include: Multi-channel global comms projects Building excellent relationships with clients that keep them coming back Approaching internal communications projects with creativity Responding to performance targets: Sales, Margin, Quality and Innovation Devising and implementing client growth strategy Consulting and advising on Employee Communication projects and strategy Presenting at Board level and speaking at conferences Briefing and directing Account Managers on new business proposals and project needs You’ll need to be an experienced Senior Account Manager or Account Director particularly with strong experience in internal communications or employee / HR comms and have the ability to manage multiple projects at a time, teamed with bringing on new business.
