To provide strategic direction for managed functions by setting short and long term goals, estimating budgetary requirements and monitoring and reporting performance levels across a range of projects. In partnership with the CEO, to plan for and develop service provision including researching, writing and delivering successful tenders and bids in order to win business and contracts. To contribute to the planning and developing the organisation’s Strategic, Operational and Financial plans to ensure everything is efficiently managed, able to respond to change and to exploit opportunity. To manage delegated budgets, monitoring and reporting expenditure as directed by the Chief Executive Officer. To deliver high quality services that meet individual needs, ensuring effective service user involvement within all aspects of service planning and provision.
