THE ROLE As a Financial Planning Analyst, you have the opportunity restructure their data modelling system, in an end to end role using Power BI. As a Financial Planning Analyst you will report to stakeholders, with the aim of increasing the overall data function within the company. As a Financial Planning Analyst, the objective is to create dashboards and provide insight to stakeholders on a range of abstract briefs. This will involve: Shaping a new set of reports using Power BI to enhance the insight and predictive capabilities of the data. Working in partnership with consultants to support the transformation of the company’s reporting platform in accordance with business needs. Collaborating very closely with IT to ensure the source of data used in the Power BI reports are accurate. Experience creating visually adept dashboards that non-specialists can understand KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will require the following background and skills: Commercial experience within the financial sector. Degree in statistics or computer science. In depth expert knowledge and experience with Power BI including experience both back-end and front-end. Strong experience with SQL at an advanced level.
