You are a passionate, experienced marketer who has worked as a marketing executive, marketing assistant, digital marketing executive or channel management executive or similar in a professional, commercial environment. You have a strong understanding and experience of digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, Social media (both organic and paid) and email marketing and you enjoy conducting data analysis to shape future campaigns. Ideally you’ve achieved a professional marketing qualification (CIM/IDM) but thats not essential so long as you have hands on experience to the same level. If you have experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hotjar and social media scheduling tools such as Buffer/Hootsuite that would be an added bonus. Main Purpose of Role In this exciting job role, you will be supporting and working closely with the entire marketing team to assist in the delivery of campaigns primarily over digital channels. You will be: – Planning and implementing of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social, paid advertising, email). – Creating and contributing to the project plans and strategy. – Utilising tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and many more to optimise campaigns to deliver the highest possible ROI. – Managing email distribution lists including new subscriptions, opt-outs, and bounce backs. – Communicating with a variety of different stakeholders across the business on channel activity and reporting back on both campaign performance. – Using demographic, content and behavioural data and insights to segment our client base and using these insights to help us to build personalised communications. – Working closely with both the marketing and sales team to build targeted client lists based on data and insights. – Providing and cleansing data lists for marketing campaigns. – You’ll also get involved in plenty of other ADHOC activities as they arise (this is an incredibly varied role) so if you think this could be the kind of challenge you’re looking for, why not submit an application and our talent acquisition team will be in touch. Skills and Experience Required Essential – Previous experience of working within a marketing position, such as marketing assistant, digital marketing executive or channel management role. – A strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, Social Media (both organic and paid) and email. – Experience of conducting data analysis, cleansing data and marketing report writing. – Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written skills).
