Kier Specialist Services are looking to recruit a Technical Compliance Manager with a breadth and depth of knowledge across M&E service delivery, and with a professional background in passive and active fire safety systems. Key Responsibilities As a Technical Compliance Manager for Fire Safety Systems, you will engage with key stakeholders and act as the conduit to ensure the business achieves statutory compliance. You will provide support and advice to Operations by being the informed source of knowledge for all things technical, and highlight and facilitate resolution of any issues or risks which may impact on the business in achieving its statutory compliance, whilst pro-actively working with other workstreams, suppliers, and clients to do so. We will look to you to affect change leading to continual improvement, whilst conducting periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that Technical, SSOW, SHE and statutory compliance procedures are adhered to. You will also identify and respond appropriately to trends through knowledge capture of our audit activities and CAFM systems to identify risks and enable priorities to be established. What do we need from you? We are looking for someone who is ideally BM Trada or Warrington Fire Qualified or similar, with good knowledge of Fire Safety and Fire Door Systems. You should also ideally have had experience in a similar role and ideally have detailed knowledge of Compliance Regulations and Hard FM Industry good practice such as CIBSE, HTM, and SFG20.
