We usually do 2 interviews, depending on urgency. 1 Telephone screening & 1 Video or F2F.
We headhunt discretely and perform thorough vetting and background checks.

We also network and headhunt through professional social media sites like LinkedIn, Opportunity, Xing, Networking for Professionals and more.

Rene has a wealth of recruitment experience with specialist knowledge in IT, Healthcare, Architecture, Engineering, Energy, Sales & Marketing and Executive appointments.
Rene has a forwarding outlook combining technology and work-life balance to his team. He plans on employing work from home mothers, disabled and disadvantaged talent.
Silvia
Business & PR Consultant
Silvia is the life and face of the business. She enjoys Headhunting, Resourcing and Marketing. She has exciting plans for building the brand and has already attracted returning candidates and clients.
Silvia will be working closely with Rene formulating policy and maintaining service standards for both clients and candidates.

IT & Technical Consultant
Claudine is our Technology Wiz. She absolutely loves technology and is constantly adapting new trending techniques to our resourcing and recruitment procedures.
