Reporting directly into the CTO, you’ll lead the architecture, engineering and delivery of a new, Cloud-based, trading platform. You’ll have the opportunity to design from scratch a highly distributed and scalable platform for 24/7 low latency trading and managing petabytes of data. You’ll have the freedom to research and choose whatever tools and technologies you see fit – AWS and GCP, Go and Python, Docker and Kubernetes – whatever is best for the job. They’re looking for a real technical leader – someone who can be the subject matter expert for Cloud technology, evangelise DevOps, CI/CD and automation and help drive security best practices. You’ll be involved in everything – research, design, coding, testing and deployment – you’ll have real end to end ownership of projects and your work.
