The group is looking for an experienced Principal/Senior Planner to join the successful planning team based at their Bracknell office. This busy office is expanding rapidly and has a wide range of blue chip clients as well as local landowners, developers and local authorities.
Requirements:
The role requires someone that is capable of maintaining the highest standards of client care as well as the ability to win new business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a number of projects and duties will include project management, residential, retail and commercial development, written representations, informal hearing and public inquiry submissions, submission of representations to development plans, site appraisals, negotiating section 106 legal agreements, submission of planning and advertisement consent applications.
You will have a minimum of 3 years experience and be a Chartered Member of the RTPI. Driving licence essential.
