Description:
The company currently has a vacancy for an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Landscape Architect with landscape planning experience across a range of development sectors.
The preparation of LVIA’s, feasibility studies, landscape planning and supporting landscape statements and mitigation strategies will form an important element of the role.
Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years post-chartership experience in landscape and visual impact assessment and landscape planning coupled with a commercial approach from a private practice.
This is a fantastic opportunity for any Landscape Architect, one which will allow the successful candidate to develop their professional skills and technical ability through working with our friendly and dynamic team.
The successful candidate will have ample opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including large scale residential developments, including garden cities, new schools, parks and gardens.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate sound technical knowledge, and have a keen eye for graphics and therefore proficient in software such as:
AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, Vectorworks and/or Keyscape would be beneficial.
Candidates should hold a current full UK driving license and access to their own vehicle.
