• Be ARLA qualified
• Have excellent communication skills

• Proactive and able to run the office as well as meeting own targets

• Monitoring Negotiators.
• Setting Targets for negotiators.
• Training Negotiators.
• Motivating Negotiators.
• Negotiating offers with Landlords.
• Valuations.
• Tracking down Landlords.
• Negotiating Fees with Landlords.
• Landlord feedback.
• Source properties.
• Managing the marketing of properties.
• Floorplans
• Photos
• Organizing touting.
• Liaising with potential new landlords
• Negotiators monthly 1-2-1’s.
• Hold morning meetings and training sessions

• Hitting own targets- valuations, take ons, price reductions

• Keeping up to date with legislation
