Description:
The company is looking for an experienced Geophysicist to work within our busy and successful engineering and environmental geophysics team.
Based at our Oxfordshire offices, you will need relevant experience in near-surface geophysics, ideally both site work and back-office data processing and interpretation.
You will have a working knowledge of a wide range of typical geophysical methods for the assessment and mapping of ground conditions, hazards, utility services and other shallow buried features typically related to construction or infrastructure projects.
Requirements:
- You will have a relevant degree and ideally experience with Autocad and Geosoft Oasis Montaj.
- Excellent writing skills are vital to this position.
- Dealing with clients, you will need to be focused on completing projects to time and budget.
- Most of your work will be UK based, but there will be opportunities to travel overseas for specific projects.
